StudioCLI is a trade name (DBA) of Coastal Luxury Image (“we,” “us,” or “our”). All services are provided through Coastal Luxury Image unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

We provide real estate photography, videography, aerial media, social media content, creative production, advertising, and marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of any engagement are defined in the applicable booking, invoice, or service agreement.

All photographs, videos, edited content, graphics, and other creative media produced by us remain the intellectual property of Coastal Luxury Image unless ownership is expressly transferred through a separate written agreement. Producing or purchasing media does not, by itself, transfer copyright ownership.

Clients receive a license to use purchased media for the agreed-upon purposes. Purchasing media does not transfer copyright ownership. The scope of the license — including permitted uses, duration, and any restrictions — is determined by the applicable booking, invoice, or service agreement.

Clients may use licensed media for the marketing purposes agreed upon, including:

• Real estate listings and MLS distribution.
• Property marketing and promotional materials.
• Social media, websites, and online advertising.
• Business advertising where applicable.

Media may not be sold, transferred, or sublicensed beyond permitted distribution, and may not be reused for unrelated purposes without written authorization. Third parties must obtain appropriate permission before using any content we produce. Any use outside the agreed license requires our prior written consent.

Media licensing is contingent upon payment in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of media or revoke licensing if invoices remain unpaid.

We reserve the right to display completed media in our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional materials, subject to written client agreements and applicable privacy or confidentiality obligations. If you would prefer your project not be featured, please notify us in writing.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information.
• Obtaining necessary property access and permissions.
• Securing required approvals for filming locations and for any individuals who appear in the content.

Advertising, lead generation, and marketing services do not guarantee specific revenue, sales, leads, or business outcomes unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, product or service quality, and client follow-through.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from our services or website is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers, and our services may depend on platforms and systems we do not control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida, subject to applicable law.

If a signed service agreement, licensing agreement, or other written contract conflicts with these website terms, the terms of that written agreement control.
